Brett Camper

About Brett

Brett builds software to support niche media communities. Before coming to Patch, he worked at eMusic, helping people to discover and download music by independent artists. Brett also spent a few years at MIT studying and making video games, and four years on ecommerce and media systems at RealNetworks. He has presented his research at the Game Developers Conference and the Electronic Entertainment Expo. His hobbies include watching film noir and playing obscure video games from the 80s. Brett has an M.S. in Comparative Media Studies from MIT and a B.A. in Comparative History of Ideas from the University of Washington.
