The budget is for $96,819,351, which is $5,154,178 lower than the amount in the first draft of the budget that was presented in February and was for $101,973,529 (which was then projected to be 3.43 percent higher than last year's budget).
Also, the $346 (or $28.83 per month) is on a household assessed at $608,720.
