ReplyI would like to also point out, that while the location is a crazy idea, there is also a CVS currently being built at the corner of Skippack Pike and Butler Pike, less than 3 miles from this location. There is also a CVS on Butler Pike in Ambler that is less than 5 miles from this proposed location. http://g.co/maps/tr5zz

That's correct, the original hearing was continued and schduled for April 5. That hearing was also continued, but the date nad time for the new hearing has not been scheduled yet.

There have been two preliminary hearings scheduled for this case, but both have been continued. The most recent was continued and a new date and time was not set.

Michelle-according to what was said last night, the change was made over the course of a year, and went into full effect in September (at the beginning of the school year). St. Mary's is owned by Holy Family out of Pittsburgh, who changed their status, and St. Mary's followed. The Sec. 1306 status is working in other Holy Family institutions in western PA.
