Montgomeryville-Lansdale Patch was the only press at the command center after the subject was taken into custody. I was witnessed by four members of the North Penn Tactical Response Team to be on the scene was neither asked to leave nor escorted off the property.
The only area cordoned off was Bergey Road from Richmond Road to Bethlehem Pike.
I am still waiting to understand what "lies" are in this story. As I have stated before, everything. is. fact.

You can bash me all you want for doing my job, call me fat, ugly, with a lack of compassion. Fat, yes. Ugly, no. I am compassionate for my community; I will report the news as it has happened and back up our facts. I respect your service and everyone's service for our country. Nothing was done unlawfully at this scene. Nothing was out of the ordinary. We will withhold the name of the subject unless he is charged with a crime.
Please continue to state your opinion. To quell the fervor, I have removed the stretcher pic, even though it was a legitimate picture and did not violate any HIPAA laws.
We will continue to follow up on this case as it develops.
