'Aged To Perfection': Europa Village To Host Wine & Cheese Pairing Class

TEMECULA, CA — Wine lovers will have the chance to savor an evening of indulgence and education at Europa Village’s “Aged To Perfection: Wine & Cheese Education” event on Thursday, Oct. 23, 2025, at 6 p.m.

Led by Head Winemaker Blake Miller and Executive Chef Hany Ali, the interactive tasting will explore the delicate balance between wine and cheese. Guests will sample expertly paired wines and artisanal cheeses sourced from France, Spain and Italy, while learning how to identify complementary flavor profiles and textures.

"Wine and cheese are a classic duo, but at Europa Village, we make it an experience. This event gives guests the opportunity to taste, learn, and savor the perfect match of Europa’s award-winning wines and European cheese," Miller told Patch.

The class offers an opportunity for attendees to deepen their understanding of wine pairing in an intimate, guided setting surrounded by the charm of Europa Village’s vineyards.

Tickets are $60 per person, with a discounted rate of $54 for members. The event will be held in the elegant Tuscany Ballroom at 41150 Via Europa.
