Mercedes-Benz Of Temecula Planning Large Expansion

TEMECULA, CA — Temecula seems to be a good location for Mercedes-Benz sales. Mercedes-Benz of Temecula surely thinks so, because the dealership is planning a large expansion.

During the June 18 Temecula Planning Commission meeting, commissioners will consider a development plan from Mercedes-Benz of Temecula for an approximately 48,846-square-foot Mercedes-Benz van dealership on a vacant lot at 40900 Temecula Center Drive. The lot is next to the existing Mercedes-Benz of Temecula dealership at 40910 Temecula Center Drive.

The new van dealership would not only sell the Sprinter and other popular Mercedes-Benz cargo van models, but also provide maintenance and service for customers, according to city documents. The dealership would also feature at least 170 parking spaces and an employee fitness center.

The proposal for the dealership first came to the city in the summer of 2023, and since that time city staffers have worked with Mercedes-Benz of Temecula to ensure all concerns are addressed.
