Realness Project works inside Colorado prisons to cultivate safer communities—both behind and beyond the walls—by providing trauma-informed leadership training that builds emotional resilience, restores dignity, and disrupts cycles of violence and incarceration. Through our innovative Relational Leadership Training (RLT), participants develop the skills and self-awareness needed to become changemakers in their communities. Rooted in the belief that every person has the capacity to heal and lead, Realness Project invests in the human potential too often overlooked—and, in doing so, strengthens the social fabric of our state.
