Shop Ellington 2024 Returns - Support Local Businesses and Win Big!
Celebrate the holiday season by earning raffle entries through local shopping and enter to win gift cards in this community-favorite event.
ELLINGTON – The annual Shop Ellington event returns on Friday, November 29, offering residents and visitors a fun and engaging way to support local businesses while getting into the holiday spirit. Running through Sunday, December 15, Shop Ellington 2024 encourages shoppers to visit participating Ellington businesses to earn bingo squares and enter a raffle drawing to win gift cards.
Participants can fill out bingo cards by shopping locally and completing rows or columns of squares. Each completed row or column earns an entry into the raffle drawing. There is no limit to the number of cards that can be submitted, so shoppers can maximize their chances of winning while enjoying Ellington's vibrant local offerings.
To join the fun, visit the Town of Ellington’s website at ellington-ct.gov. Navigate to the Things to Do tab on the main page and select Shop Ellington 2024 to print a bingo card and find more details about participating businesses.
The raffle drawing will be held on Wednesday, December 18, at 7 p.m., during the Ellington Economic Development Commission’s special meeting. While attendance at the meeting is not required to win, community members are warmly invited to attend. Instructions for joining the meeting will be listed in the meeting agenda, which will be posted one week before under the town website's Agendas and Minutes section.
