A Wallingford resident won $10,000 on a 10X CASH 18TH EDITION scratch ticket that was sold at North Haven Petro LLC at 95 Washington Avenue, according to lottery officials. The CT Lottery no longer publishes winners' names without their written consent in accordance with a <a href="https://www.cga.ct.gov/2025/act/Pa/pdf/2025PA-00112-R00SB-01235-PA.PDF" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">new Connecticut law</a>, which was effective Oct.1, 2025.
