Elizabeth Moore Sarasota Open selects Coastal Orthopedics as medical partner for 2026 tournament

BodyPump is returning to downtown Sarasota, with new classes launching at <a href="http://www.jeffersonfit.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow">Jefferson Fit</a>&nbsp;beginning Thursday, April 2 at 8:30 a.m.
The strength-based group fitness format will be offered three times per week to start &mdash; Tuesdays at 8:00 a.m., and Thursdays and Saturdays at 8:30 a.m. &mdash; with additional class times expected to be added soon.
For many Sarasota fitness enthusiasts, BodyPump is a familiar workout that has been missed in the downtown area. The class combines barbell-based strength training with guided instruction and music, creating a structured, full-body workout that can be adjusted for all fitness levels.
Jefferson Fit owner Jefferson Charles said bringing the format back downtown was a priority as the new facility takes shape.
&ldquo;A lot of people in Sarasota already know this class and love it,&rdquo; Charles said. &ldquo;We&rsquo;re excited to bring it back and make it part of what we&rsquo;re building here.&rdquo;
