Asbury Park Zombie Walk

  • Location: Throughout Asbury Park (starting at 4 p.m.)
  • Details: The Asbury Park Zombie Walk will officially kick off the Halloween season on Saturday, when participants dress up like zombies and make their way around the city. The Zombie Walk Makeup Tent will be open along the Broadwalk on the 4th Avenue Green Space starting at 11 a.m.

Red Bank Porchfest

  • Date: Saturday
  • Location: Throughout Red Bank
  • Details: Enjoy the sounds of music throughout Red Bank as the borough’s annual Porchfest kicks off on Saturday. The festival is held on front and side porches throughout the neighborhood.

Matawan Day Fall Festival

  • Date: Saturday
  • Location: Terhune Park to Hourihan Field (at 201 Broad Street)
  • Details: Enjoy live entertainment, contests, games and more at the 2025 Matawan Day Fall Festival.

Downtown Freehold Oktoberfest

  • Date: Sunday
  • Location: West Main Street, Freehold
  • Details: DowntownFreehold is set to host their 3rd Annual Oktoberfest on Sunday, a street festival that transforms West Main Street into a celebration of music, food, beer and community spirit.

The New Jersey Reptile Show

  • Date: Sunday
  • Location: VFW Post 2179, Middletown
  • Details: See reptiles, amphibians and more at the first annual New Jersey Reptile Show. The show will be an exclusive, one-day showcase where hobbyists, breeders, families and the reptile-curious come together to explore the world of reptiles, amphibians and exotic animals. Tickets required.
