4-Month-Old Girl Pronounced Dead In North Jersey

An investigation into the infant's death is ongoing, officials said.

PASSAIC COUNTY, NJ — A four-month-old baby has been pronounced dead in Passaic County, according to the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.

On Wednesday, around 3:30 p.m., police were called to a Clifton home near Ackerman Avenue and Milosh Street on a report of an unresponsive baby.

Police found the unresponsive baby girl in the home, and she was rushed to a hospital in Paterson.

The girl was pronounced dead in the hospital around 4:30 p.m.
