Hit-And-Run Kills North Jersey Woman, 20, Police Say

PASSAIC COUNTY, NJ — A Passaic County woman was killed this weekend after what appears to be a hit-and-run incident, according to police.

On Sunday, around 8 a.m., police responded to a call of an unresponsive woman on the side of Route 21 North in Clifton.

The woman, 20-year-old Kamaya Young from Paterson, was pronounced dead.

Authorities said that pieces of a car were found scattered on the road near her body.
