Motorcyclist Killed In North Jersey Crash, Police Say

PASSAIC COUNTY, NJ — A Wayne man is dead following a crash involving a motorcycle in Passaic County, police announced.

On Sunday, around 12:30 p.m., police responded to Morestown Road in West Milford on a call of a car crash.

Police found that a 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLA 250 collided with a 2020 Triumph Motorcycle, authorities said.

The motorcyclist, a 78-year-old Wayne man, died as a result of his injuries from the crash, police said.

The Mercedes driver, an 18-year-old West Milford woman, stayed on the scene, officials added.
