Founder Joe Edwards, with the help of two CIA-trained chefs, opened the first Cookies N’ Cream location in Bronxville, NY.
"They combined thick, warm cookies with creamy local ice cream in flavors people can’t stop talking about," according to eatcookiesandcream.com.

The menu offers a variety of cookies, ice cream, sorbet, vegan and sugar-free options, shakes and sundaes, liquor-infused ice cream and sorbet, cereal, and drinks.
An opening date has not yet been released.
