Brooklyn's newest BBQ venture, helmed by a 20 year bbq vet
Bui's BBQ is a small, local business in Park Slope run by Noah Goldstein - a cook with more than 20 years of experience behind the smoker. At Bui's BBQ, we cater events big and small: from a delicious meal on the weekend, to a birthday party, wedding, or event up to 200+ people. We cook BBQ classics - from ribs, to wings; biscuits to mac & cheese - without gimmicks or tricks. Everything is made from scratch, and we cook good, simple food with a whole lot of hands-on care. You can support a local small business and eat some of the best BBQ in Brooklyn in the process.

Noah started smoking meats when he was around 13 years old, after eating his first rack of smoked baby back ribs. He was hooked, and after getting a hand-me-down smoker, he spent his spare time working to create a rub and sauce, and refine a BBQ technique. After two years of experimentation, he started a barbecue catering business that ran for 5 years, cooking a literal ton+ of meat each year, and developing a reputation as a guy who always smelled like smoke at school and attracted hungry dogs in the neighborhood. In addition to BBQ, Noah has worked on food trucks and fine dining, including Morimoto in Philadelphia.
After graduating college, Noah worked in tech and consulting - while continuing with bbq on the side. Now, after 10 years working corporate jobs, he is returning to what he loves to do: bbq. At Bui’s BBQ, we want to provide food for folks that they can eat around the table with friends and family. Nothing fancy. No crazy equipment. Just simple, good food.
