I am a licensed clinician and EMDR-certified therapist with over 10 years of clinical experience, providing both in-person and virtual sessions to clients across Pennsylvania. My office is located in Paoli, PA. My work is grounded in whole-body, trauma-informed care that honors the connection between mind, body, and emotional experience. I integrate EMDR and other evidence-based approaches to support meaningful, lasting change—not just symptom relief. Emotional safety, support, and non-judgment are central to my practice, and I strive to create a space where clients feel understood, respected, and at ease.
