New Pittsburgh Pub Poised To Open

A new tavern is set to replace a legendary Pittsburgh gathering spot. Get the details here.

PITTSBURGH, PA — After nearly 40 years in business, Murray Avenue Grill in Squirrel Hill shuttered its doors for good in December.

The space was destined to not be vacant for long.

The former restaurant has been remodeled and will reopen on Monday as the Steel Town Tavern.

A soft opening not open to the public will occur for staff training on Saturday and Sunday.

A menu is not currently online. The tavern plans to be open daily from 11 a.m. to midnight.
