Hi! I enjoy living the small town life in big L.A. I own CalWest Media where I use my love of writing and photography to share peoples stories via social media and news outlets. My Youtube channel SAVOR THE SEASON features seasonal Southern California travels, events, fashion, home decor and foodie fun.

I am the Social Media Director for the Montrose Shopping Park Association where I have owned boutiques and served in various board, media, and publicity positions since 2000. I love Montrose, it's people, family events, Harvest Market, "one of a kind" shops, salons, spas, studios, restaurants and cafes.! I am continually inspired here and find great joy in sharing the hidden gems.

Dale, my husband, and I reside in the mountains of CHATSWORTH and live on the former Iverson Movie Ranch where many famous movies and westerns were filmed. Just a short drive away is Chatsworth Lake Church, the country chapel Dale pastors. Chatsworth is in the very northwest corner of Los Angeles and known for its spectacular rocks and horse ranches.

I am an unconfessed "foodie" and could easily spend all of my time visiting restaurants, photographing food, and writing about it. I look forward to sharing this part of the world with you!
