Exciting News for Call of Duty Fans in Lakewood: Play Black Ops 6 Now
Xfinity has announced its partnership with Call of Duty developer Activision to offer Xfinity Rewards members early beta access to the game

Here is some exciting news for Call of Duty fans in Lakewood: Xfinity Rewards members can now snag early access codes for Call of Duty®: Black Ops 6 Open Beta. That’s right—customers can redeem their codes and dive into the action-packed world of Black Ops 6 before the game’s official launch on October 25. This is big news in the Pacific Northwest, where states like Oregon and Washington often lead in technology adoption and have a strong gaming culture, with significant sales of first-person shooters and action games like Call of Duty.
If you’re an Xfinity customer and haven’t yet signed up for Xfinity Rewards, now’s the perfect time. Members can redeem their early access code through the Xfinity app or by visiting www.xfinity.com/rewards. Once you’ve got your code, link it to your Activision account, and you’re all set to jump into the Black Ops 6 Early Access period, running from August 30 to September 4. And don’t worry if you miss it—there’s another chance to play during the Open Beta from September 6 to September 9. This year’s Early Access is available on all platforms, so no one’s left out.
William Gahagan, Director of Global Partnerships at Activision, said, “We’re thrilled to have Comcast Xfinity on board as the Official Internet Service Provider of Call of Duty this year. Our partnership means more players will experience the adrenaline-pumping Black Ops 6 Beta and get a sneak peek of what’s in store for the new era of Call of Duty.”
