Michelle heads up the People department for Patch. She has held various HR and recruiting roles at interactive agencies including Razorfish and Rosetta, and has run the HR arms of media companies JupiterMedia and InfoWorld Media Group. Michelle's roles have found her living on both coasts and traveling internationally to manage recruiting, training and other critical human resource functions. Her specialties include employee relations, executive coaching and performance management.

Michelle has a BS in Political Science from the University of Arizona. A native California girl, you will find her on a Caribbean island - with no cell phone service - for part of every summer. Michelle lives in Connecticut with her husband, son and dog - and she lives on Dunkin Donuts iced tea year-round.
