SAN FRANCISCO — FedEx will close three Bay Area facilities later this spring, eliminating at least 174 jobs, according to state records.

The facilities include one location in Emeryville and another in Oakland, according to a state Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification, which said the facilities had 79 and 95 affected employees, respectively. The locations will close June 2. Both are categorized in the notification as transportation and warehousing facilities.

FedEx said in a prepared statement Wednesday that it would also close a facility in San Rafael.
