Now in its 43rd year, the Colorado Indian Market & Southwest Art Fest offers a colorful celebration of visual and performing arts.

Now in its 43rd year, The Colorado Indian Market & Southwest Art Fest will transform the Mile High Ballroom on January 25 and 26, becoming a colorful celebration of visual and performing arts unlike any other. The event features a juried selection of 150 artists and craftsmen representing a wide variety of traditional & contemporary Native American, Southwestern and Western arts. This year’s artist lineup will showcase painters, sculptors, photographers, potters, jewelers and much more – representing 14 states and 24 Native Nations.
The Colorado Indian Market & Southwest Art Fest offers a completely unique selection of artwork for sale directly from artists, alongside live entertainment, live birds of prey, & authentic Navajo cuisine. The show’s dates coincide with The National Western Stock Show – offering Denver visitors the chance at a world-class art experience while they’re in town. The festival’s stage is the ideal place to take in a wide variety of performing arts. Attendees can take a break from shopping to enjoy live western music by the acclaimed Syd Masters & the Swing Riders, an Eagle Dance performance by world-champion dancer Larry Yazzie, modern flute performances by social media sensation Inka Gold, and pow-wow style dances in colorful historic regalia from local and regional tribes.
The festival features 150 juried fine artists and craftsmen from across the nation representing Western and Native US heritage, both contemporary and traditional. There will be a dazzling lineup of award-winning Native American & Western entertainers from across the United States. All performers perform each day!

Special attractions include the chance to take photos with live hawks and bald eagles, and sample specialty foods. Face painting is available for kids. This event is locally-run, female-owned & operated. Our team also produces the Cheesman Park Art Fest, The Garden of the Gods Art Festival, and Rio Grande Arts & Crafts Festivals.
The event runs from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday, January 25 and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday, January 26.

The Colorado Indian Market and Southwest Art Fest takes place in the Colorado Convention Center in the Mile High Ballroom. The Colorado Convention Center is located at 700 14th Street in Denver, Colorado, 80202.
