• Affordable housing project breaks ground in Lakeville (lakevillejournal.com) — Construction is finally underway on the Holley Place affordable housing development in downtown Lakeville, bringing 14 new income-restricted apartments to Holley Street by spring 2027. Backed by state, bank, and private funding, the long-debated project replaces the former Bicentennial Park site and aims to serve a range of local residents; applications will run through the Salisbury Housing Committee. 
• Time capsules removed from Bicentennial Park site ahead of housing project (lakevillejournal.com) — As Lakeville’s Bicentennial Park is transformed for the new Holley Place housing project, two long-hidden time capsules have been carefully removed and will be showcased in a new commemorative courtyard. The 1976 town capsule and a 1983 Freemasons capsule, both tied to Lakeville’s history, will stay sealed until their future opening dates but remain visible to the community.
