• Venice to annex Sarasota County land owned by radio station for homes (heraldtribune.com) — Venice City Council has advanced plans to annex a 10.12-acre parcel on North Auburn Road for The Chalets of Venice, a 43-home subdivision, with final votes expected as early as April 7.
