New Pilates Studio Provides 'Safe, Low Impact Environment In Glenview

GLENVIEW, IL — The Glenview community has welcomed a new business, FLX Move Pilates, to the area. The Glenview Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon-cutting ceremony last week at the studio, located at 1300 Waukegan Road.

According to the Chamber, FLX Move Pilates distinguishes itself with 20 state-of-the-art reformers, making it one of the largest Reformer Pilates studios in the Chicagoland area.

The studio provides expert-led Reformer Pilates classes designed to build strength and improve posture. They also aim to enhance mobility and support long-term movement health. The environment is described as "safe and low-impact."

FLX Move Pilates caters to a range of experience levels. Those new to Reformer Pilates can join classes, as well as people looking to deepen their practice, with private training options available.

The Glenview location is the third in the North Shore with two studios already operating in Skokie.
