JOLIET, IL — A 37-year-old former Wilmington resident, Nathan Kilburn, is back in the Will County Jail for the fourth time since late June and Joliet police say his latest arrest stemmed from an incident while riding his bicycle.

According to Joliet police spokesman Dwayne English, at 10:51 p.m. last Saturday, an officer stopped a cyclist in the 800 block of North Raynor Avenue after observing that the bicycle did not have any working lights.

While speaking to the male cyclist, he attempted to provide false identifying information, English noted. A short time later, he provided the correct information to the officer and was identified as 37-year-old Joliet resident Nathan Kilburn. He was then placed into custody without incident
after it was determined he had two active Will County warrants.
