Prostitute, Pimp, John Arrested at Wilmette Home: Cops

A Wilmette man’s Friday night plan to have a Milwaukee-based prostitute come over for sex went awry when the prostitute was pulled over for suspicious driving in front of his house.

According to police, an officer stopped the vehicle in the 400 block of Alpine Lane shortly before 9:30 p.m. on July 31 when the driver - 18-year-old Precious Herron of Milwaukee - was seen running into the home.

Upon further investigation, it was determined Herron was a prostitute who was meeting with the homeowner, 64-year-old Cesar Cintron, for an encounter arranged on Backpage.com. Cintron was arrested for prostitution, and Herron was charged with prostitution and paraphernalia.

Patrick White - a 33-year-old Milwaukee man and the alleged pimp - was also arrested for prostitution and cannabis as he awaited in the vehicle.

All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
