• ALPB Draft Starts with 53-Year-Old Knuckleballer (oursportscentral.com) — Forestville gets a shout-out as 53-year-old pitcher Vincent Towns, drafted out of Suitland High in Forestville back in 1991, becomes the top pick in the Atlantic League draft. The Upper Marlboro native now has a chance to become the oldest pitcher ever to appear in an Atlantic League game when the season opens April 21.
