Not so fastā¦ (wsjm.com) ā Niles residents may have done a double-take after Mayor Nick Shelton jokingly announced a fake paid parking system using āmandatory microchipsā in every vehicle. The tongueāinācheek April Foolsā press release described citywide downtown and neighborhood parking fees, subscription options, and even a gag email address, all meant purely for laughs.
