• New funding model for universal open enrollment garners mixed reviews (ledgertranscript.com) — Pembroke families could see big changes in school choices under a proposed universal open enrollment bill that shifts state funding to whichever district a student attends. Pembroke’s superintendent now cautiously supports the revised plan, and about 20 families have already expressed interest in enrolling, even as questions remain about transportation, special education, and how existing agreements with nearby districts like Epsom will work.
