ā¢ ORD 26-02 ā Adopted ā Chapter 70 Land Development Creating AH-1 Zoning District (manningtontwp.com) ā Mannington Township has officially adopted a new AH-1 Affordable Housing zoning district along Route 45 that allows mixed-use development with at least 14 deed-restricted affordable apartments. The ordinance lays out detailed density, design, parking, open space, and income-restriction rules that will guide any future multifamily and commercial projects on the 14-acre site, potentially shaping traffic, housing options, and neighborhood character for nearby residents.

ā¢ ORD 26-04 ā Adopted (manningtontwp.com) ā Mannington Township officials have adopted Ordinance 26-04, allowing the 2026 municipal budget to rise by up to 3.5% over last year, creating a cap bank for future use. The measure, approved March 30 after a public hearing at Town Hall, is intended to support local health, safety, and welfare while preserving flexibility in the next two budget years. Ā Ā Ā
