• A 44-Acre Corporate Office Complex at 23 Orchard in Skillman Is an Area in Need of Redevelopment, Montgomery Planning Board (themontynews.org) — Montgomery Township’s Planning Board has declared the largely vacant 23 Orchard office complex at Route 206 and Orchard Road an “Area in Need of Redevelopment,” opening the door to tax incentives and a formal redevelopment plan. Township Committee may next adopt the designation and craft a detailed ordinance guiding future use, traffic, open space, and design for this prominent Skillman property.
