• The Power of Community: 2026 Networking for a Cause (tapinto.net) — Union residents are invited to a “Networking for a Cause” fundraiser on April 16 at the Union Arts Center to support second-grader Isabella Santos, who is battling a recurring brain tumor. For a $30 admission, neighbors can network, enjoy food and drinks, enter raffles and a 50/50, or donate online to help cover Isabella’s medical and educational needs.
   

• Baseball Powers Past Centenary (keanathletics.com) — Kean University’s baseball team, playing at home in Union, rolled past Centenary University 14-2 behind two explosive innings and standout performances from Tyler Stone and Adam Scire. The Cougars, now 17-4-1, next host Ramapo College on Thursday afternoon after a site change, giving local fans another chance to catch them in action.
