Police Make DUI Arrest, Respond To Incidents: New Hope Crime Report

NEW HOPE BOROUGH, PA — The New Hope Borough Police Department reported the following incidents and arrests between March 10 and 16:

March 10

• Officers investigated a traffic accident in the parking lot of Wawa.

March 11

• A domestic disturbance was reported on South Main Street.

March 12

• Officers responded to disorderly subjects at Wawa.
• A DUI arrest was made on West Bridge Street.
• Officers handled a traffic accident in the McCaffrey’s parking lot.
• Officers investigated criminal mischief in the 2400 block of Route 202.
• Officers assisted the fire department with a brush fire in the 100 block of West Bridge Street.
• Officers responded to a fight in progress in the 100 block of South Main Street.

March 14

• A traffic accident was reported in a borough parking lot; no injuries were reported.

March 15

• Officers addressed disorderly subjects in the 100 block of New Street and a disturbance in the 90 block of South Main Street.
• A well-being check was conducted at Wawa. The individual was found to be okay.

March 16

• Officers responded to the area of Lakeview Drive for a report of a suspicious person.
