The 3,000-pound bell, tied to Martin Luther King Jr.’s early speaking history, will now ring out every Sunday at 11 a.m., reconnecting the neighborhood with a powerful piece of its civil rights-era heritage.

At a Perry town hall, VA leaders explained how Mission and PACT Act changes are increasing services across central and south Georgia, while Dublin remains a key hub in the regional network.
