Northwood Sex Offender Faces 12 Counts For Failing To Register Identifiers: Rockingham County Indictments

BRENTWOOD, NH — A grand jury in Rockingham County recently indicted the individuals listed below.

Lee Stephen Cwalina, 37, of Ashworth Avenue in Hampton, on a felony count of habitual offender. He was accused of driving on Liberty Lane in Hampton on March 9 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Katelyn Cynewski, 42, a homeless woman now located in Exeter, on three burglary felony counts. She was accused of burglarizing Ani’s Bagels on Hampton Road in Exeter and a Front Street in Exeter location twice on Feb. 18.

Robert Davis, 56, of First NH Turnpike in Northwood, on possession of MDMA with intent to distribute, possession of methamphetamine, sale of meth, falsifying physical evidence, tampering with witnesses and informants, and 12 counts of failure to register online identifiers, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs and concealing pills to impair an investigation on March 15 in Northwood. Davis was also accused of attempting to get another person to withhold information. He was also accused of failing to notify Northwood police of identifiers for TextNow, Steam, Discord, Roblox, Kik, and TikTok on Dec. 3, 2025, and Jan. 6 in Northwood. Davis is a sex offender due to an unlawful sexual contact-Class C conviction in York County, Maine.

Jeffrey David Descoteaux, 36, of Crescent Street in Pittsfield, on assault by prisoners-first-degree assault, assault by prisoners-second-degree assault, and two assault by prisoners charges, all felonies. He was accused of stabbing another prisoner in the back and choking them in the Rockingham County Jail on April 16 in Brentwood.

Kandyce Marie Doucette, 26, of Beede Hill Road in Fremont, on felony domestic violence-second-degree assault-strangulation and domestic violence-simple assault charges. She was accused of strangling and pushing an intimate partner, causing him to fall into a doorframe in Fremont on Feb. 9.

Allen Wayne Downs Jr., 40, of Mast Road in Newmarket, on a felony count of theft by unauthorized taking. He was accused of stealing $7,086.55 from another person in Newmarket between Sept. 16 and Nov. 17, 2025.

Charles R. Fellows IV, 70, of Colorado Place in Derry, on a felony indecent exposure and lewdness charge. He was accused of exposing himself or performing acts of gross lewdness on Jan. 3 in Derry. Previously, according to the indictment, Fellows was convicted of indecent exposure in Fort Worth County Criminal Court in December 2003 and Derry District Court in February 2022.

Rafy Villa, 26, of Swan Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on reckless conduct and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He was accused of driving a motor vehicle at more than 100 mph, fleeing from state troopers, and swerving around other motorists on Jan. 24 in Salem. Villa also threw a baggie of pills out of the vehicle to impair an investigation, according to an indictment. David John Walsh, 35, of Agawam Street in Lowell, MA, on felony tampering with witnesses and informants as well as criminal threatening and simple assault charges. He was accused of pushing a woman over a chair and threatening to burn down her house between May 9 and May 10, 2025, in Danville. Walsh also attempted to get the woman to falsely inform in order to get a criminal case in Massachusetts against him thrown out.

Jordan Trey Watson, 31, of Dix Street in Manchester, on felony tampering with witnesses and informants as well as criminal contempt of court and obstructing government administration charges. He was accused of refusing to comply with a DNA swab after a search warrant was requested by a Rockingham County deputy sheriff to impair an investigation on Jan. 29 in Brentwood.
