ā¢ Bristol methadone clinic fills substance use treatment gap (johnsoncitypress.com) ā A new methadone clinic in Bristol is giving residents struggling with opioid use disorder a much closer option for medication-assisted treatment, including methadone and suboxone. Staff emphasize counseling, goal-setting, and a holistic approach, and say demand has grown quickly, with about 150 patients already enrolled and plans to eventually serve up to 400 people from the surrounding area.
