(rappnews.com) ā Rappahannock County Public Library is weighing a move to the Rush River Commons development in the Town of Washington, and more than 100 residents packed a hearing to weigh in. A developer-backed offer would give the library a rent-free new building there, but many speakers urged keeping the beloved Library Road location despite space and funding challenges identified in recent studies.
