You are invited to join us on Saturday November 22nd, 2025, at the American Legion Post 129. The post is located at 2025 Church Road in Toms River, NJ.
The Clinic is scheduled for 11AM to 2pm. All branches of the US military are welcome to participate in obtaining information about receiving benefits.
Bring your DD 214 discharge paper with you and other paperwork that may apply to your military service. Veterans are entitled to receive benefits; however, many veterans are unaware of the types of benefits and services for which they may be eligible or the application process to receive the benefits.
The Veterans Service Officers from the Veterans Service Bureau of Ocean County will be available to assist with the application process.
Topics for discussion include the following:
Veterans Assistance distribution;
Veterans' representation for unresolved issues; and
General information on the entitlement of benefits, etc.
