Man Indicted In 1984 'Cold Case' Murder Of Lynbrook Teen: Report
Prosecutors say investigators found a DNA match on a straw and cup that the defendant had thrown out at a smoothie cafe.

GARDEN CITY, NY — 63-year-old Richard Bilodeau has been indicted in the 1984 killing of 16-year-old Theresa Fusco, according to a News 12 report.
According to the report, investigators found a DNA match between a sample from Fusco’s body and a cup and straw that Bilodeau had thrown out at a Suffolk County smoothie cafe.
Prosecutors reportedly believe Bilodeau raped and killed Fusco while she was walking home from work. Bilodeau pleaded not guilty to two counts of second-degree murder and could face up to 25 years to life in prison if convicted, officials said.
