How To Choose Patch As A 'Preferred' News Source In Google Search
Google has rolled out a new tool that lets users customize their searches to include more news from Patch and other favorite sites.

Google has rolled out a new feature that allows users to choose local news outlet Patch.com as a “preferred source” when they run a query or keyword through the tech giant’s search engine.
The new feature allows Google users to customize the experience to see more local news from Patch, including exclusive stories they can’t read anywhere else.
“You can select your favorite sources and stay up to date on the latest content from the sites you follow and subscribe to — whether that’s your favorite sports blog or a local news outlet,” Google said in an Aug. 12 announcement.
