• Two arrested following Blackshear armed robbery investigation (walb.com) — Law enforcement say two suspects from Douglas, including a 13-year-old, were arrested in Coffee County after an investigation into an armed robbery in Blackshear. Officers with the Douglas Coffee Drug Unit took them into custody without incident. Authorities emphasized they will partner with other agencies to track down anyone who tries to hide in Coffee County.
