TYSONS, VA — Sisters Group, a local hospitality brand that specializes in bringing authentic Thai flavors and warm, inviting spaces to the D.C. metro area, is offering diners the chance to experience two nights of Thai culinary traditions and cocktails designed by a Michelin award winning mixologist.

Suwincha "Chacha" Singsuwan, head bartender of Bangkok Supper Club and recipient of The Michelin Guide New York 2024 Exceptional Cocktails Award, will be taking over the bar at Sisters Thai in Tysons on Nov. 4, followed by Oasis: The Listening Bar in Arlington on Nov. 5.

Known for her inventive approach to mixology, Chacha fuses Thai culinary traditions with contemporary cocktail techniques, earning her international recognition as one of the most exciting voices in modern cocktail culture, according to Sisters Group.

  • Brown Butter Lobster Daiquiri – Bacardi Carta Blanca washed in brown butter, lime juice, pandan
  • Bird of Paradise – Mezcal Joven, Campari, sea buckthorn, citrus, peach liqueur, pandan

  • Moo Satay (หมูสะเต๊ะ) – Yaowarat-style grilled marinated pork tenderloin skewers with peanut sauce and pickled cucumber relish
  • Goong Chae Nam Pla (กุ้งแช่น้ำปลา) – Raw shrimp marinated in fish sauce, lime juice, garlic, and chili with spicy seafood dipping sauce
  • Pla Muek Yang (ปลาหมึกย่าง) – Grilled marinated squid with spicy Thai seafood dipping sauce and fresh herbs
