Two Lady Bears, Marlo McBrayer and Savannah Watkins, also made the 2026 Honor Roll for standout classroom performance.
   

• HCSO: Firebug, wood-be thief arrested (wgtjradio.com) — A woman from Cleveland was arrested after Hall County deputies say she entered a pickup at a Clermont home and part of the truck later appeared burned inside. She was found hiding near Mossy Creek Plantation and now faces charges of entering auto to commit theft and second-degree criminal damage to property.
